- How much does Senly AML cost?
- $29 a month per seat, or $26.58 a month per seat billed annually, with one month free. The platform fee is waived for your first 30 days. Online ID checks (KYC and KYB) are pay-as-you-go from day one, on top of the platform fee.
- What does the platform fee include?
- Everything you need to run AML/CTF day to day: your program, risk assessment, customer due diligence workflow, DFAT and UN sanctions screening, report drafting, a training register, and tamper-proof records. Online ID checks are the only pay-as-you-go item.
- Is there a per-customer fee?
- No. Customers, CDD records and reports are unlimited on the platform fee. The only usage-based cost is online ID checks (KYC and KYB), billed pay-as-you-go.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Cancel any time; you keep access to the end of the current billing period and can export all of your records. We never delete compliance records during the seven-year AUSTRAC retention window without your consent.
