- How do I know if I am regulated under Tranche 2?
- If your business provides a designated service in real estate, accounting or trust-and-company services, legal services, conveyancing, or dealing in precious metals and stones, you are almost certainly in scope. Pick your business type above to check.
- When did AUSTRAC Tranche 2 start?
- Obligations for newly regulated businesses commenced on 1 July 2026. Enrolment with AUSTRAC opened on 31 March 2026.
- What happens if my business is in scope?
